The profile will encounter various problems in the process of processing, the summary is nothing more than :1. Excessive plasticization, 2. Poor plasticization, 3.

1. Surface discoloration and yellowing:

Formula stability is not enough, stabilizer and lubricant compatibility should not be, or the quality of small and medium materials unqualified formula

Mixing temperature is too high or drum, head temperature is too high

Section warping or bending:

Uneven cooling, or extrusion speed is too fast

The die, tractor and head are not in a straight line
